BELOIT - George W. Morris, 85, formerly oif 1502 White, died Saturday at
Beloit Memorial Hospital. Born March 30, 1893, at Rock Ridge, Wis., he was married
to Mary Elmer Feb. 28, 1915, in Richland Center. He had lived in the Beloit
area since 1922 and was employed 24 years as field serviceman for Fairbanks Morse
Co., retiring in 1958. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Beecher,
Beloit; two grandchidlren; three great-grandchildren; five brothers and four
sisters. Services are at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rosman-Uehling-Kinzer Cranston
Road Chapel, with burial in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel
